Our free peer-led Higher State of Mind workshop series provides you with strategies and a peer network to help you cope. We'll talk about cannabis, prescription drug use, and mental health, and work through effective coping strategies.

When you’re having trouble with your health, it can be hard finding someone who can help. At our Integrated Model of Care health clinics in the Kensington Market and Taylor Massey/Oakridge neighbourhoods, our nurse, psychologist and social worker will help you understand what’s going on, and how you can take the next steps to better health.

At our Kick Start After-School program, your children enjoy fun activities and a place to make new friends. Our spaces are safe and inclusive and kids can get creative doing arts & crafts, participate in sports and games, get help with their homework, and so much more. Best of all, it's FREE!

If you're struggling with violence in your life or community, our Legacy program can help. Whatever the source - gang, street, relationship, sexual, cyber or family, we'll give you strategies to cope. 

New to Canada and between 13 to 19 years old? Our North York Youth Drop-in Drop-in offers peer-led programs that help you build connections in your community. You'll make new friends, improve your leadership skills, and have the opportunity to earn your volunteer hours for school.

It’s always happening at the Youth Arcade Drop-in. Relax in the comfy lounge, play pool or foosball, hop on a computer, munch some tasty snacks, join a workshop and chat with friends. And staff mentors are always there to help you with any problems you might have. The Youth Arcade has it all!

If you love drawing, painting and using other media, then our Youth Arcade Studio is the place for you. And if you're looking to improve your portfolio, come on by!

Growing up today is tough. Try our Youth Awoken drop-in! Located in the Taylor-Massey neighbourhood, Youth Awoken helps you deal with everything life throws your way. Whether you need help with homework, want your volunteer hours, need to talk to a nurse or councillor, or are just looking to have some fun, we’ve got you covered!

Making mistakes doesn’t have to be the end. When you get in trouble with the police, our staff can help you and your family go through the court process or even avoid it completely. 

If you need help and don’t know where to turn, our Youth Outreach Workers can help. They guide you every step of the way and connect you with the resources you need to solve the problem. Best of all, they meet with you wherever you want.

If you’re out of school, out of work and looking to gain new work experience, YouthWorks Opportunities is for you. This 18-week program gives you the professional skills you need to find a job, a 12-week job placement, and life skills to support you throughout your journey.
