About Integrated Employment Services:
Established by the Province, Integrated Employment Services is a new method of delivering employment services across Ontario. The streamlined service improves the ability of employment agencies to help job seekers, businesses and the communities in which they live and operate. All services offered by participating agencies can be tailored to meet the specific needs of any community, and help people who face the most barriers finding work.
Integrated Employment Service agencies like The Neighbourhood Group can help you by providing:
Resources and coaching to find sustainable employment
A personal assessment of skills, interests and abilities
Job search strategies and support, including resume development and interview preparation
Information about careers and occupations, the local labour market and employment opportunities
Assistance after getting a job
