Gifts of securities are transfers of stocks or mutual funds you own to The Neighbourhood Group Community Services.
How is a gift of securities helpful?
Like any other donation, you help the most vulnerable people in the city. However, gifts of securities may give you the most tax benefits of any donation method. You'll receive an immediate tax credit and a charitable tax receipt.
How do I make a gift of securities?
You can give now or as part of your estate and will planning. To transfer securities to The Neighbourhood Group, please download and use our Securities Gift form. Once it is completed, send one copy to your Broker, and return one copy to us.
