Trustee Organizations
The Trustee Hub is an innovative community initiative that provides support to unincorporated grassroots groups working to improve our communities. By sharing our experience and expertise, we help these groups become more effective in addressing the challenges they face and achieving their goals. Many of the groups we work with support underserved populations, such as youth, BIPOC, and women.
By acting as a trustee for grassroots groups, The Neighbourhood Group fulfills its own mission to improve the lives of the people in our communities, and the communities themselves. Learn more and support one of our amazing groups today.
Here are a few of our long-standing trusteed organizations:
Toronto South Local Immigration Partnership (TSLIP) is a collaborative community initiative that aims to help newcomers in Toronto South feel safe, supported, and empowered to achieve their dreams in Canada. TSLIP members work together to coordinate and enhance service delivery for newcomers while promoting innovation and the efficient use of resources.
The Toronto Drop-In Network (TDIN) is an active member-based coalition of more than 50 organizations that run diverse drop-in centres across the city of Toronto. Members work with people who are homeless, marginally housed, or socially isolated, including men, women, transgender and non-binary people, youth and seniors.
