Our welcoming Child Care Centres offer nurturing care and enriched learning for newborns up to 12 years old. Your children will thrive at our centres with nutritionist-approved, freshly made lunches and snacks, indoor and outdoor activities, field trips, summer programs, and playgrounds.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    The hours are different at every location. Please check the Centres to see when they are open.

  • What are the fees?

    The fees are different at every location. Please check the Centres to see the fees.

  • Do you offer subsidies?

    Child Care fee subsidies for licensed child care programs are offered by the City of Toronto to help families in financial need. Click here for the City of Toronto Child Care Fee Subsidy Application.

  • How do I register for a child care centre?

    You can register online or in-person. Links to register online are on the page for each Child Care Centre, and in the Child Care Facilities section above the FAQ.

    If there are no openings, you will be put on a wait list in the order of the date you registered and you'll be contacted as soon as a spot opens up.

  • How do I know if there are vacancies?

    Please contact the Child Care Centre to find out if there are openings.

  • What are the qualifications for staff?

    Our team of staff consists of Registered Early Childhood Educators and Early Childhood Assistants who are trained to meet the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive needs of all children in our care. All of our educators are CPR-C qualified and have gone through vulnerable sector checks.

  • Do the teachers participate in continuing education?

    Yes. Continuing education allows our teachers to provide a quality child care environment that complies with all Child Care and Early Years Act requirements.

  • How many teachers are there per child?

    Each room varies and there are more teachers for younger children.

    • Infants: 1 teacher for 3 children

    • Toddlers: 1 teacher for 5 children

    • Preschool: 1 teacher for 8 children

    • Kindergarten: 1 teacher for 13 children

    • School Age: 1 teacher for 15 children

    • Junior School Age: 1 teacher for 20 children

  • What kind of learning is offered?

    We follow the ELECT (Early Learning for Every Child Today), and How Does Learning Happen Framework as we believe that development in the early years ensures optimal learning.
