Our modular housing helps people successfully transition from homelessness to a supportive living apartment. Together with COTA Health, we offer residents comprehensive and around-the-clock support on-site, including harm reduction, counseling, assistance with finances, access to healthcare, income support, and help finding work.
Applicants will then be selected from The Access Point's social housing waiting list. Applicants are selected based on the date of application.
Selected applicants will be contacted by phone for an appointment. During the appointment, applicants will be asked to verify current income and Canadian status (e.g. citizen, permanent resident, etc.).
If the applicant is eligible for a subsidy and qualifies for modular housing, the apartment is shown to them.
If the applicant accepts the unit, a lease is signed.
