Everyone has a story—youth who were saved from a life of violence, homeless people who overcame substance use, newcomers to Canada who successfully adapted to their new life by learning English, seniors who found safe and secure housing, and job seekers who gained needed skills and found jobs. These people took steps to effect change in their lives, change for the better.
